WHAT YOU CAN PRODUCE HERE
This is general-purpose food production equipment, not a single-product line. The automatic machines handle any filled dough item, and everything else — mixers, grinder, blast freezer, cold storage — works for any frozen product at all.
Dumplings of every kind: dim sum, siomay, pangsit, gyoza, wontons, momo, pelmeni, vareniki, ravioli, khinkali, manti.
Crepes & pancakes: blini, blintzes, sweet or savoury fillings.
Meat: nuggets, sausages, meatballs (bakso), kebabs, burger patties, marinated cuts.
Pastry & frozen snacks: risoles, lumpia, samosa, empanadas, pizza bases, frozen dough.
Ready meals: portioned dishes, soups and sauces, vegan and plant-based lines, baby food purées.
The CPPOB certificate is already in hand, so any new product can be registered straight away. You can also skip having your own brand entirely and run the site as contract manufacturing for other food brands — in Bali that's a viable business on its own: dozens of small F&B labels currently produce in rented kitchens with no certification at all.
Or continue the MaxiStar brand: Russian-style dumplings (pelmeni/vareniki) still have no competitor in Bali retail, and the expat market is large.
